The walkthrough form collects what you type into it: name, work email, organisation, role, site count, and an optional note. Nothing else on these pages identifies you: no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. Performance measurement is covered below.

Page load speed is measured with Vercel Speed Insights, which sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you. It reports the page address, not who you are. Addresses are stripped of identifiers before anything is sent: a patient chart is reported as the shape of the route, never with the record it refers to, and any query string is discarded. Measurements that cannot be stripped are discarded instead of sent.
Everyone shown on the marketing pages is fictional, and those pages hold no patient data at all. The signed-in application is separate: it holds real records, under HIPAA and a BAA with each customer, reachable only by the staff their own hospital has given credentials to. Opening a patient record through the application writes an audit entry, and changes to a record are recorded by the database itself.
Your hospital issues your credentials, so your account belongs to them, not to us. Sign-in attempts are logged for security, without your password. Sessions end by themselves after a period of inactivity so an unattended screen does not stay open.
Write to privacy@lyrax.ai and your inquiry record is deleted. Requests about a patient record go to the hospital that holds it, since they are the controller and we process on their instructions.
